Please join the ALCTS Electronic Resources Interest Group on June 26,
2004, from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. in the Ritz-Carlton Plaza Ballroom III
for two presentations on the topic of Tracking Electronic Resources at
the Library of Congress.

Title: Tracking Electronic Resources at the Library of Congress

Presenters:
Allene Hayes - Digital Projects Coordinator for the Cataloging
Directorate at the Library of Congress.
Stan Lerner - a Senior Programmer in the Office of Strategic Initiatives
at the Library of Congress.

Abstract: This program will provide information about the current and
developing workflow for electronic resources (ER) at the Library of
Congress. There will be a demonstration of TrackER, the online tracking
system that has been created for the Library of Congress to manage the
ER workflow from initial recommendation through cataloging and
notification of completion. The TrackER system also generates
statistical reports. For detailed  information about their workflow for
