I have a reprint of Statistical Abstract of the United States (1891,
fourteenth number) which was reprinted by Ross Publishing Inc. in 2003,
and this item has been given the isbn number 0-88354-708-2. My question
is, should I add this volume to the original Statistical Abstract..., or
should I bring in a record for the reprint and add this volume to that
record.  I'm fairly inexperienced working CONSER in this area (this is
the first reprint I've dealt with), and I'm not sure where to look to
find the answer I'm seeking. I get the idea that the reference
librarians would prefer a separate record for the reprint.
