How would I catalog related but not serially sequential, frequently undated
pamphlets?

We have several pamphlets or booklets published by either the War
Resisters' International in England or the War Resisters League in New
York. Most do not have a date of publication printed on them; however,
approximate dates can be inferred from the topics covered and the
text.  They are all from the pre-during-post-WW2 years.  The pamphlets
usually have authors' names given and have titles as various as "Resistance
in Denmark"   and "Review of the International Movement July 1934 to July 1937"
