PROJECT MUSE USER GROUP MEETING AT ALA ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Please join Project MUSE for our annual User Group Meeting at the
upcoming ALA Annual Conference in New Orleans. Learn about the latest
features of our online journal collections, get a sneak preview of
developments for 2007, and enjoy some traditional New Orleans king cake
as a breakfast treat!

Saturday, June 24
8:00 am - 9:00 am
Ballroom I
Wyndham New Orleans at Canal Street
100 Rue Iberville

The User Group meeting will include information on several new
enhancements to MUSE, a sneak preview of new journals for 2007,
preliminary pricing details for the next subscription term, and the
introduction of our new Library Outreach and Communications Specialist,
Kathy Obbagy. Please bring your questions and suggestions! A light
breakfast will be available, featuring the traditional flavors of New
Orleans king cake and chicory coffee.

Final details on MUSE collections, journal titles, and prices for 2007
will be announced by early August. Current Muse subscribers and
consortium partners will be contacted directly with specifics on their
renewal options.

To assist us with our planning, please RSVP for the meeting to
muse@muse.jhu.edu, and include the number of representatives you expect
to have attending from your institution. Both prospective and current
subscribers are welcome to attend.

Project MUSE will also be exhibiting at ALA Annual. Please visit us at
booth #424 if you have further questions or are not able to join us for
the User Group meeting. During ALA's SupERTuesday Closing Reception on
June 27, bring your carnival tickets to the MUSE booth to claim a
delicious prize from our New Orleans French Market goodie basket!
