This title came up on CONSERLST. The U.S. ISSN is supposed to be cleaning up the print and e-versions of these titles to drop the "subtitles" for each part as the publisher does not consider them part of the title.

I just called ACS and spoke to Emma Hamilton (888-338-0012).  She
verified that Part C is new for 2007, and that Part A is still an
active title.
