Responses re: Discussion lists for e-journal management systems Lucy Wrightington 30 Jul 2007 13:49 UTC

There were numerous requests to share any information received on this
topic.

Here's a summary of responses:

Use CataList to search for lists:
http://www.lsoft.com/catalist.html

Several people searched CataList for the Ebsco products.
Nothing found, and Ebsco confirms they don't presently host such a list
themselves

There is a TDNet group at:
http://listserv.boisestate.edu/archives/tdnetusers.html
(But may be discontinued unless a new host is found)

There is a list specific to Serials Solutions:
https://listserv.tamu.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=SERIALSSOLUTIONSUSERS
as well as a new Serials Solutions wiki from a UK group:
http://ssusers.wetpaint.com/?t=anon

Two SFX user discussion lists were mentioned:
http://www.elu-na.org/lists.asp#sfx
and
SFX-DISCUSS-L@listserv.nd.edu

And some of the more general discussion lists were also mentioned:
ERIL-L, SERIALST, SYSLIB-L, Web4Lib

Thanks very much to everyone who responded.
