I agree with Beth,
I have worked with Ebsco for the past 6 years.
I don't know what I would have done without them.
They respond quickly to needs and my customer service rep is exceptional

Subject: [SERIALST] Ebsco

I would like to say this topic sounds like the blame game. Ebsco has always
had exceptional service and if a mistake was made (yes, they make mistakes)
they admit it and correct it. I have dealt with publishers independently and
found they make many more mistakes. An example has been when I ordered a
subscription for 3 years and instead received 3 magazines a month until
they finally fixed the problem. Of course they didn't give us credit for
their error even when they were approached about it.
I guess what I am trying to say is that from the discussions about what has
been going on in Denver, it has been trying for all parties including Ebsco.
I am glad that it was brought out on the listserv because it enabled Ebsco
headquarters to see that a problem exists and should be attended to
immediately. I hope that everything works out to everyone's satisfaction for
all the parties that have worked with the Denver office.
