Our library still claims issues.  We do it on a monthly basis, as we have learned that many vendors/publishers want you to wait at least 30 days before initiating another claim.

We do not keep statistics per se of how often claimed, but we do have a fair idea of how much time is spent on this, and as you noted, can pull a review file easily if we need to.

We have also found that after three Inno/Millenium claims, it is best to email the publisher/vendor directly if we have not received the material.
