I agree with everyone that it is simple and worthwhile. The only issue we've had is that because it is run once a month, holdings on deleted titles are not removed immediately. ILL frequently alerts me to titles from which our holdings need to be removed.

It really is as simple as it reads.  You'll want to check some holdings in OCLC the month after you set it up to confirm it's really working, but it is very straightforward.
