Essential Job Functions:
This position reports to the Coordinator for Library Automation for electronic resources management. Primary responsibilities include web administration of the library's electronic resources assisting with setup, maintenance and reporting of the Library's federated search software and link resolver.

Qualifications:
Required:
MLS from an ALA accredited institution; demonstrated technical ability in using specialized software; attention to detail; good oral and written communication.

Preferred:
Experience with MS Excel and Access, working knowledge of an integrated library system; link resolver and federated search software; cataloging knowledge and experience with serials.

Starting Date:
January 2009

Conditions of Appointment:
Position is a part-time (50%) appointment with the possibility of becoming full-time in the future. Official transcripts of the highest degree achieved will be required of finalist(s). Special Conditions of Appointment:
Occasional travel to conferences and workshops

Salary:
Annual salary of $21,700
