Any insights...

I know that India Today changed titles back and forth to/from India Today
International.

But now we have June 24-30, 2008 numbered as v.7:no.26 and the next issue,
July 1-7, 2008 starting again with volume 1:no.27.

What is up with this? How should we bind this creature?
