When the Guardian Weekly reformatted its front page to allow printing
the address label, they inadverdently left off the enumeration.  The Jan
16 and Jan 23 issues are numbers 5 and 6, as we expected, and the
enumeration should reappear with the Jan 30 issue.  The ISSN will be
back beginning with the Feb 6 issue.
