Poster Sessions Barbara Pope 13 May 2009 16:57 UTC

Hello, everyone. I have done several poster sessions before, but up
until now, I always just made up my poster stuff in a Word document and
created a background with construction paper and double-sided tape. I
would like to do something that looks a little nicer and more
professional. What have any of you done to put together your poster
materials? I called our campus printing office and learned that it
would cost $96 to create a banner as large as I need. One of my
colleagues suggested going to fedex.com and using a service called
online print where you submit whatever documents you want printed and
have them delivered to your location. I couldn't find any pricing
information, though. Does this work well? Is it costly? The other
thing I can think of is to use either rolled bulletin board type paper
and staple it up on the board and then staple my other documents up.
