I recently had to fill this form out.  Under universe I put "Information Not Available."  This could be a very philosophical question.  What is the universe?  Hmmmm....

That's hilarious.  I sometimes wonder who writes these documents.  Does
that include "planets" that scientists say are not planets anymore?  What
did you answer about the "universe"?
