I worked with Michael as well and was very happy with his efforts.  The
process of getting Wiley/Blackwell lists together has been somewhat
confusing but this rep was very responsive and helpful.

have been able to
reach him easily by phone or email and he is always prompt whenever
addressing my inquiries.
So, I think as is true with all very large companies your experiences
really can vary widely depending
on who you are lucky enough to have as your rep. I really feel like I
hit the jackpot this year because for the first
time ever I also have an outstanding Elsevier rep!
