Addition of corporate body name anywhere in the title is not considered a major change.  AACR2 21.2C2 b3

Now if the title proper started out as 'Bloomberg business week' and changed to 'Trump business week' then that would be a major change.  Since the title proper started out as 'Business week' any additions of corporate body name to that title are considered minor.
