Registration ends this Friday! Registration will be open until the end
of the day on Friday, April 1st, 2011. This year people have a choice
of paying by check or online (a small surcharge will be added to the
total amount).  Registration costs for this year are as follows:
•	Regular full Conference (includes membership dues and meals) – $110
•	Support Staff Full Conference (includes membership dues and meals) – $85
•	Student Full Conference (includes membership dues and meals) – $50
•	One Day Monday (includes meals) – $55
•	One Day Tuesday (includes meals) – $55
•	Guest Reception Attendance – $25
•	Guest Monday Dinner Attendance – $25
•	Membership Only – $10

This year’s conference lodging is at the Miami Inn and Marcum
Conference Center. We have two room rates for the conference:
•	Double twin beds and single full bed rooms: $79 (+ taxes)
•	All other rooms (King and Queen beds): $94 (+ taxes)

OVGTSL 2011 continuing education credits update:
•	Indiana: Each session (except for the Free-for-All session) and each
keynote session are worth 1 Technology LEU. We will be providing
printed verification certificates at each eligible session.
•	Kentucky: Each 60 minute session is worth 1 Contact Hour. Follow the
instructions on
http://kdla.ky.gov/librarians/staffdevelopment/Documents/ceactivity.pdf
for claiming CH accumulated at OVGTSL.
•	Ohio: We are still working with OLC to provide Contact Hour credits
for the conference sessions.

This year’s conference will cover a wide range of topics and issues –
from e-resources and metadata to marketing and management – in a
mixture of presentation formats, including lightning rounds, Birds of
a Feather, and the return of the Free For All Forum. This year’s
keynote speakers are Karen Coyle, Librarian and Consultant, and Susan
Gibbons, Vice Provost and the Andrew H. and Janet Dayton Neilly Dean
of the River Campus Libraries, University of Rochester. Please visit
