Thanks Jennifer for that message, we here 'down under' are of course not in a long vacation, and are very keen that our access keeps going seamlessly ...

I have a question regarding your "Access Icons" point: Why on earth did the developers of your new website think that it was a good idea to remove the title-level access icons that you used to have? The need to drill down to article-level to see whether or not we will have access adds several extra clicks, and that's causing some irritation to our patrons down here.

We are currently displaying access icons at article level. We plan to display
access icons at issue and volume level and it is a key development for us to
add this feature to the site. We will keep you updated on this development.
