It seems as though they want international subscribers to go online. I quote from https://customer.globeandmail.ca/circcsSubInternational.asp

Globe2Go is an ePaper delivery service that provides subscription access to the full colour digital replica of The Globe and Mail. All editions of the daily newspaper can be downloaded to your computer, e-reader, tablet or mobile device. Delivering news via easy-to-navigate pages makes staying informed easier on the go. Susan, you may wish to check with a newspaper distributor in your area. Perhaps they will be able to obtain print copies for distribution since you are so close to the border. I believe the Buffalo/Niagara airport sells papers on site since at least half the travelers are Canadian! The papers don't fly over themselves. :-)

Subject: [SERIALST] Canadian Newspapers shipped to the U.S.

It appears that we can no longer get a mailed copy of either The Globe and Mail or the Montreal Gazette sent to us here at the University of Vermont. EBSCO has told us it appears that these papers are no longer mailing papers to the U.S. Has anyone else run into this and if so, what are your plans to cover the lack of these papers? We do get microfilm but it's often months behind the actual print that our patrons like to read.

Thanks
Susan Mower
