I first left HF Group to go with Bridgeport many years ago because I wasn't happy with the quality of the work I was receiving back and in at least one case not receiving back. A year or two ago, I was not pleased when HF Group bought out Bridgeport's library contracts, but I am hopeful that things have gotten better. We'll have to see. The customer service is nice. The quality of work seems somewhat spotty, frankly.

Subject: [SERIALST] Bindery issues

Good morning, all,

Please excuse cross postings. If anyone uses HF Group for bindery and does not mind sharing her/his experience with me, would you reply off or on the list? I would appreciate it. It does the bindery for my library, which has been experiencing some issues. I am interested in learning whether or not it has been happening only to my library.

Sincerely yours,
Kumiko
