We faced the same situation with Spectrochimica acta part B.  I decided not to
make a separate record primarily on the basis of bibliographic control. I added
a note and an access point for the Spectrochimica acta electronica section. The
disks will be kept on reserve in our Science and Engineering Library with the
disks backed up.  This is the first instance such as this that I have encoun-
tered.  I expect we'll be seeing much more of this.  It will be interesting
to see how this shakes out with respect to treatment and in light of coming
format integration.
