Here at UCI, we routinely ask bibliographers to review titles when we're
processing invoices and notice the price has increased more than 50%.  We've
done this for several years.

Sometimes we get a decision to cancel, sometimes not.

We've not attempted to base a cancellation project on the percentage of price
increase.
