Subject: Pseudo-bib vs provisional records

We are starting to put NOTIS acquisitions on line and have a request
for anyone who would like to respond. When should one use the pseudo-
bib record instead of the provisional record and why? Is one record
better than the other? Should one only use pseudo-bibs when working
with memberships and approvals or can one use a provisional record?
Thank you in advance for the answers we will receive.
