Hello Boston! I, too, went to Simmons, but remember very little about
serials information ... since I'm Assistant Director for Technical Services
here at Florida International University, I find the lack very telling.  I'm
catching up and it's less foreign than it used to be.  Simmons, at least when
I was there, seemed to feel most everyone was already working in the field and
so had  or was getting the practical experience.  They were pretty much right
as in your case.  Best to you.  Nice to hear from someone in the old stompin'
