We are trying to place an order for RUSSIAN HISTORY/HISTOIRE RUSSE. We
were informed by our dealer that we had to deal direct to Charles Slack.
When I called the people at Slack they had never heard of the title.  Is
anyone else receiving this title?  What is your source?
