Dear Serialsters:
I am putting together a proposal to have our brief listed machine records
converted to full marc records. We are a Notis site and the records that
would be sent out for conversion would be in the Notis serials format,
would have an ISSN, title, holdings, and maybe a corporate body or place of
publication.  I am looking at two vendors OCLC and RLA (Retro Link
Associates). Has anyone used either vendor for a similar project?  Would
you be willing to share your experience with me?  Does anyone know of
