I am interested  in what kind of statistics people are keeping for serials
claiming.  Please send your response to me and I will summarize for the list.

Do you keep stats for number of claims going out?  By first, second third
claim? By Vendor?  Claim responses?  Do you separate out the receipt of an
actual piece as a response to a claim or only count responses on paper?  Do
you use these stats for vendor evaluation or for staff workload?  Thanks in
