    I am not sure about the written word (although there are written
    documents about this problem).   I am aware of a mailserver/listserver
    with this as its raison d'etre -  I believe it is called YEAR2000.

    Also, the fellow who moderates the listserver also (I believe) has a
    WWW home page with this as the subject.  I regret that I can't be more
    specific.
