You can isolate peer-reviewed journals by subject on Ulrich's PLUS, the
CD-ROM version of Ulrich's International Periodicals Directory. Searching
in the Special Index by the word "refereed" will pull up all peer-reviewed
publications. You can then combine the result with a subject or keyword.
