Thanks to John Latham and the several others who responded to my question
regarding Turpin.  After receiving generally positive reactions from
respondents, I processed our invoice. Service has been excellent.  In
addition, I have received personal contacts via mail, email, and telephone
from Mr. Gervase Muller addressing my original concerns and following up
to determine that service has been satisfactory.
