Subject: User Guides for full text periodical databases

I am the serials librarian for a medium-sized public library in Richmond,
British Columbia, Canada (Vancouver area).  We recently purchased InfoTrac
SearchBank (aka InfoTrac 2000) from Information Access. I am asking for
any information, guidance or wisdom from experience on producing user
guides for this system particularly or for any remote full-text periodical
database and index. I'm also interested in how the system was introduced
to users and generally, any comments, negative or positive on your
experience with InfoTrac SearchBank (or 2000). Thanks,
