I have read with interest the problems people are having with FAXON.  We
have had no such problems.  Maybe it depends on who your Territory Sales
Manager and Customer Support person is.  Our Sales Manager communicates
regularly by phone and by a monthly newsletter to all his clients
in his territory.  We have been aware of everything that has gone on with
Faxon from hard times to good.  He has always been very "upfront" with us.
Just my two cents worth.
