This is another situation where I'm trying to avoid calling an
editor/publisher.

The title is Journalism History.

It changed editors with v.18, at which time v.16:no.3-4 and v.17
had not been published.  Our records indicate that this is a result
of an earthquake in California.  The editor (Dr. Tom Reilly,
Journalism Dept., Cal State Northridge) apparently still plans to
issue those missing numbers, but I am becoming suspicious.

Anybody have any updated information (or an insde track on Dr.
Reilly)?  Thanks.
