With respect to the unusual frequency of the New Leader, perhaps the
ALA SS Worst Title Change Committee or some other group could give them an
award for the most convoluted frequency statement. Maybe it could be
called the "April Fool" award or "A Rose By Any Other Name."  Or even
"I Just Needed a Laugh".

Maybe they were just trying to do a frequency based on Roman numerals!

Oh, the joys of serials!!
