Can any SERIALST users tell me if the VPIEJ listserv is still
available?  All of the references I've found to VPIEJ (including
the web archives of the forum) give a listserv address which is
apparently not operative.  I'm interested in what small libraries
have done to deliver free electronic journals to patrons - if
this is an appropriate topic for SERIALST as well, please reply.
There is an abundance of free, public e-journals available, but
giving the public access to these in a library which does not
have any sort of patron internet access is the challenge which
I hope to resolve.
