A New Co-Moderator Joins SERIALST Birdie MacLennan 26 Feb 1998 03:31 UTC

Dear SERIALST Subscribers:

It gives me great pleasure to introduce Stephen D. Clark, Acquisitions
Librarian at the College of William and Mary (Williamsburg, VA), as a new
Co-Moderator in the SERIALST editorial group. Stephen has been working
with us in a "behind-the-scenes" capacity since December 1997, observing
the flow of mail, testing e-mail systems and technical compatibility with
the LISTSERV configuration, offering backup support and professional
expertise in processing the daily flow of incoming mail to the list.

Stephen joins the editorial group of Marcia Tuttle (University of North
Carolina), Ann Ercelawn (Vanderbilt University), and myself, Birdie
MacLennan (University of Vermont), who, along with John Ryder, LISTSERV
manager and technical wizard at the University of Vermont (UVM), offer
SERIALST to the Internet community.

Stephen's official debut as SERIALST Co-Moderator will follow the posting
of this message. We feel extremely fortunate to have him on board and, as
you begin to see his name appearing more frequently in mail that is posted
to the list, I hope that you will join us in making him feel welcome.

On behalf of the editorial group,

        Birdie MacLennan
