Subject: Electronic Document Delivery question

If any of you have knowledge of unmediated electronic document
delivery:

I am seeking quick and dirty feedback on who your vendor is
and the 3 things they do best and the 3 things you wish they would
improve.

I am particularly interested in speed of delivery, delivery methods
(fax only vs. options), payment options, and subject coverage.

Please reply to me, lcorbett@odu.edu, and if there is interest, I'll
summarize for the list.
