Subject: New Periodicals Librarian seeking vendor info.

Hi everyone, I'm new to the list.

Over the past year and a half I have had many problems with claiming,
receiving duplicate issues, and publishers changing expiration dates.
Are these normal problems?
Any suggestions regarding vendors or procedures will be helpful.

Also thinking changing vendors.

Who do you use as your current vendor?
What do you like about the vendor?
What do you dislike about the vendor?
