Our Library uses two subscription agencies.  Most of our orders are with
 Ebsco Subscription Services
 17-19 Washington Street
 Tenafly, NJ 07670

The sales representative who worked with us is:

We have had very good luck with them and if necessary they handle our claims
and our problems very efficently.

Our other vendor is Harrassowitz which is located in Germany.  Many of our
science journals are with them.
