The catalog record in OCLC uses the "old" numbering system in the 362
field:  Vol. 125, no. 4288 (14 June 1996)-

And we use these numbers for our checkin purposes, so the question about
the volume number is valid from our perpsective.

We should the last issue of v.128 is the Feb. 19, whole no.4424.  Feb. 26
is v.129 no.4425.  Later issues are using v.129.

If there has simply been a glitch, I suppose that the remaining 1999
issues will be v.129, and v.130 will start in January 2000.  If no one has
any more definite information about the volume numbering, we'll just have
to wait and see what happens next.
