Hi all,

I had to gather some similar stats not long ago. Problem is no two
entities count things the same way. You will need to make a few
assumptions as you collect your data! Here are some good places to start:

Ulrich's has fuzzy "more than..." types of numbers in the preface. Better
than nothing!

Electronic Journals Resource Directory has links to most of the important
lists/directories, including ARL and others:
http://library.usask.ca/~scottp/links/

George Machovec's electronic journal market survey (I have the feeling I
saw this updated somewhere, but it's a good introduction to the topic):
http://www.coalliance.org/reports/ejournal.htm

Charles Bailey's Scholarly Electronic Publishing Bibliography:

Alliance Electronic Journal Access Project:

Happy hunting!
