Definitely. Googling "weight of a wheelchair" gives weights in the range of
15-50 pounds (admittedly, at TL8-9), with 35-40 pounds being more-or-less
standard.  Call it 15-20kg unloaded, and probably anything up to an
additional 200kg or so loaded without special modifications, depending on
the mass of the patient (as of right now, I'm between 75 and 80kg - but
when I was diagnosed as diabetic in March of 2017, I still could sit in a
standard wheelchair, and at that time I was 140kg). Note that that's the
'standard' weight; many manufacturers exclude the weight of legrests and
armrests and possibly the shelf (lie about the weight), so maybe add
another 10kg to that unloaded weight.

Given that we undoubtedly use lighter materials and/or less of them with
designs engineered for better strength, I'd accept 30-50kg unloaded at TL5,
after adjustment for manufacturer lies.
