Heh. Let's take this one a step further.

 "General Eric's Bar, Steakhouse & Hostel" franchise chain.

Average to above average accommodations, average (but still better
than base mess) food & drink generally at some kind of discount. Other
ways of separating a trooper and their money available on request &
dependent upon local law level (gambling, prostitution, recreational
pharmaceuticals, etc). Franchisees are encouraged to push the
boundaries.

Caters to ground forces active duty, reserves and vets, IISS well
tolerated but Navy, however, is not. It's rather seen as the ultimate
EM/NCO club and Civilians or officers better have deep pockets.

Locations are always as near army/marine facilities. Decor is based on
military history, especially of anything significant done by local
units.

Many merc tickets have been signed at the local General's.
