Hi Jeffery,

MT Referee's Manual 1 - Basic Hull Design 2 Step 9 Armor p. 63, appears to have been imported and modified a bit from CT Striker's Design Sequence Tables p. 5 Armor Ratings table. In CT Striker the Armor Value of 40 represents 33.6 cm of armor.
