I recently jumped feet first into 3D printing and have been looking for
things to print.  On a whim, I typed "Traveller" into the search box at
Thingiverse and found these two little gems (among others - the Safari
Ship I found is amazing!):

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3904005

The first is a Type-S and the second is an Type-A2, but what sets these
off is that they're deck plans; the A2 comes with some extras to
customize the design (wall sections, an iris valve, and a sliding door)
that can be printed and added to the mix.  I've always liked deckplans
as they add structure to the description, but this takes it one step
further and adds a physical component.

When I imported the files into Lychee, the estimate (based on the resin
I had on hand) would have been about $6-10 to print the A2, and probably
about half that for the S.  That's if you do it yourself; if you use a
commercial service like Shapeways, chances are you're going to pay
$45-$60 for the A2, at the least.

Anyway, thought I'd put this out for sharing and discussion.
