While Holiday is a good reminder to do it (much like checking the batteries
on your smoke detectors is supposed to be done at the start and end of
Daylight Saving Time (Summer Time, to those of you in countries that are
halfway rational about it - it's been expanded here to the point that it's
eight months long, instead of about six)), I expect that it's probably in
reality done as part of the Annual Maintenance.
