RAF St Mawgan in Cornwall is colocated with the civilian Newquay Airport, but AFAIK they only share runway facilities, not Terminal buildings. The RAF (used to?) use it as a base for ASW patrols over the Atlantic.

It has the distinction of having one of the longest runways in the UK ( certainly) and (I think) in the world, as it was a designated landing site for the US Space Shuttle while that was still a thing.
