ObTrav:  Your character has been invited to join a social club that
travels around the subsector and neighboring subsectors to view "once in
a lifetime" astronomical phenomena like eclipses, blood moons, etc.
It's only open to Soc B or higher, and each member is allowed six guests
on his/her membership.

1.  The club is as it appears - bored rich people looking for something
to do
2.  The club is as it appears, but a member/members are using it as
cover to smuggle people off planets where they've been prohibited to
leave by local authorities
3.  The club is as it appears, but "guests" have a habit of leaving
along the way - rumor has it that they're sold into white slavery
4.  The club is a fraud and only has a few "legitimate" members - it is
otherwise a front for a foreign empire to collect intelligence and
manage a spy network.
