If you believe you have received an item of spam mail from our servers, please forward it, with all headers, to abuse@simplelists.com

Payments

The easiest method of payment is on-line payment by debit or credit card.

For international payments, we will also accept electronic payments via SWIFT, which most banks are able to organise (please contact us for details). Cheque payments are accepted in both pounds sterling and US dollars ($10 surcharge for US dollars).

If you wish to send a cheque for payment, please send it, along with details of what your payment is for and your username, to the address below. Please make cheques payable to Simplelists.com.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are only available within seven days of making payment. This policy covers all payments, whether the payment is a renewal or an initial purchase.
