I have mine here and the pages are complete. 81 is the end of the article
by Morris, Hobert, Osmus and Wool, Cataloging staff costs revisited, 82-83
is the appendix to the article.  84 is the start of the Beau David Chase
article, The Acquisition of faculty member publications at their
universtiy libraries.

I suppose, ISL lucked out and got a good issue.
